Integrated Management System
HSEQ in Aker Floating Production (AFP) is managed through the Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS provides a complete set of tools required for AFP to execute its business. All documents and software required to guide and manage AFP's responsibillities are captured by the IMS.
The softwares included in the IMS are:
§ BAZE: Software used for trending of equipment and reporting
§ TEOMAKI: Maintenance system containing work-packs, crew lists, personnel details, details of equipment and spare parts as well as stock control and purchase functions.
§ IQAROS: Reporting system for observations of undesired events, nonconformities and proposal for improvements
§ PROARC: Document management system containing all master documentations and revision histories.
§ Crisis Manager: Emergency Preparedness Administration System
